Product Description
PolyTherm is combination of selected additives which are fused and dispersed together in controlled atmosphere to get very fine, easily dispersible highly effective product. Very high purity of CAOH2 is reacted with stabilizers, antioxidants and lubricants to get unique product. It is very long chain additive which not only boosts the thermal stability but also enhances the physical properties of extruded PVC compound. It blends with basic PVC compound homogenously so the surface finish is improved. It is recommended to use minimum dosage of 1%which normally improves the thermal stability by 15% in Type A cable compound. The results will vary from formulation to formulation. Increase in dosage will increase thermal stability proportionately.
