Rigid PVC Pipe and the PVC Profiles face numerous problems during the procedure, ranging from pinholes, low Iimpact strength, external as well as internal surface finish, along with other common issues. To a large extent Aid Poly helps in processing as well enhancing the properties of the end product. Aid Poly is thus designed to help rectifying all the above listed problems. The major advantages that the use of Aid Poly provides to its consumer are the increased strength in R-PVC pipes and profiles, along with an extensive as well as a significant improvement in the surface finish & the dispersion of pigments. It also enhances the properties of stabilizers thus resulting in a better end product. It has also been observed to reduce the wear & tear of the machine, and subsequently increasing the production approximately by 10-20% as well. Aid Polys nano particles are highly dispersible in the system and due to its fine particle size it is used in very low dosage. It is recommended that Aid Poly should be added 0.025% to 0.1% of the batch size, depending upon the requirement. Aid Poly dosage depends upon the formulations of the product at the consumers end, thus we suggest you adjust dosage by making few trials at your end.

Poly-Ex44 is an unique product which has been formulated keeping in view the requirement of Indian PVC Virgin + Recycling Industry. This not only enhances the properties of virgin + recycled PVC polymer but takes care of finished products made out of it. It enhances the basic properties of the polymer and helps during processing stage by lowering the temp of fusion and increasing melt flow. This results in higher rate of production, thus saving in power / electricity consumption.

PolyTherm is combination of selected additives which are fused and dispersed together in controlled atmosphere to get very fine, easily dispersible highly effective product. Very high purity of CAOH2 is reacted with stabilizers, antioxidants and lubricants to get unique product. It is very long chain additive which not only boosts the thermal stability but also enhances the physical properties of extruded PVC compound. It blends with basic PVC compound homogenously so the surface finish is improved. It is recommended to use minimum dosage of 1%which normally improves the thermal stability by 15% in Type A cable compound. The results will vary from formulation to formulation. Increase in dosage will increase thermal stability proportionately. It is important to note that PolyTherm is to be added in desired quantity, over and above the additives as per existing formulation.

Ultracab not only enhances thermal stability and heat stability it also gives boost physical properties i.e. tensile, elongation etc. Ultracab also helps during processing which not only increases the flow of the compound but it also improves the surface finish. It is purely formulated for RoHS & REACH Compliant material.
